One tool. Assign, prove, report.
Tendd does three things well: it makes sure the worker you send is cleared for the site, it captures proof the work was done, and it sends your client a branded report. No payroll, no clutter, no app to install.
Four steps, start to finish
-
Set up your sites and your team
Add your clients and their sites, the documents each site requires, and your workers along with their cards, checks and inductions. You do this once, and Tendd keeps track from there.
-
Assign a worker, with the check built in
When you assign a worker to a job, Tendd confirms they hold what that site needs. If something is missing or expired, it tells you exactly what, and blocks the placement with an override path if you need it. If a document is lapsing soon, it warns you ahead of time, so you fix it before the gate, not at it.
-
The worker does the job on their phone
Your worker checks in, works through a simple checklist, captures before-and-after photos, and signs off. A couple of taps, a couple of minutes, on any phone, built for one-handed use and tolerant of patchy signal.
-
The client gets the report, you get the hours
The moment the job is approved, your client receives a clean, branded report with the times, checklist and photos. Your hours export to a CSV whenever you need them, ready for whatever payroll system you already use.
Roles in Tendd
- Owner or admin Full access to everything.
- Manager or supervisor Assigns work, reviews jobs, approves and sends reports.
- Worker Sees only their own jobs, checks in, completes the checklist, signs off.
- Client Receives the report. No login to manage, nothing for them to learn.
A few things that matter
-
No app to install.
Tendd's worker experience runs in the phone browser and can be added to the home screen in a tap.
-
It stays out of payroll.
Tendd proves the work and tracks compliance, then exports hours. It does not touch pay rates, awards or tax, so it sits cleanly alongside your existing systems.
-
It works the way your team already does.
Quick on a phone, clear on a desktop, and simple enough that people actually use it.
How long does setup take?
You can be running real jobs in days. Add a couple of sites, your team, and the documents each site requires, and you are ready.
Do workers need training to use it?
No. The worker flow is deliberately simple: check in, checklist, photos, sign off. Most people get it on their first job.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes. Start a pilot on real jobs, see the reports, and decide from there.
See it on your own jobs
Run a pilot on a handful of real jobs and watch the whole flow, from assignment to the report your client receives.
