What “per site” means
A site is an active client location you service. You add workers as you need them at no extra per-head cost, because the value is in the sites you cover and the proof you produce, not in how many casuals are on your books this week.
Pilot first
You do not have to commit up front. Run a pilot on a handful of real jobs, see the reports your clients would receive, and choose your plan once you have seen it work.

Is Tendd priced per user?
No. It is priced per active client site. Workers are included, so a large or casual roster does not increase your cost.
What counts as an active site?
A client location you are currently servicing. If you stop servicing a site, it no longer counts toward your plan.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-time setup from AUD $250, which includes importing your sites, documents and team. It exists because that groundwork is real work, and it gets you running cleanly.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down as the number of sites you run changes.
Does Tendd handle payroll?
No. It records hours and exports them to a CSV, then stays out of pay, awards and tax, so it works alongside your existing payroll.
Is there a long contract?
No long lock-in. Start with a pilot, then continue month to month.
