Your guard checks in at their post, logs patrol checkpoints, and signs off, all timestamped on their phone. It becomes a branded report you can hand the client, so presence is proven, not assumed.
Can Tendd track security licences and endorsements?
Yes. You set the licences, endorsements and inductions each site requires, and Tendd stops a guard being rostered to a site they are not cleared for, and warns you before anything expires.
Does it handle guard payroll?
No. Tendd records time on site and exports your hours to a CSV, then stays out of pay, awards and tax, so it works alongside your existing payroll.
